Romanian Ministries Update

Dear Philippian Fellowship friends,

Thank you for your faithfulness in prayers and support in May and June.  You guys are a lifeline for our national pastors!

The Lord has allowed us to open Camp Eli and host campers!  The first two weeks we had 130 campers, with another 50 arriving tomorrow from our church plant locations.  Praise the Lord for this opportunity to chare the gospel with these young people.  Last week we had 15 new campers, and 41 campers from unsaved families.  What an awesome privilege to share with them Christ’s love!

Last month we witnessed the baptism of three ladies.  God has worked in their lives in amazing ways, and we are excited for the expression of their faith in Christ publicly!  Please pray for Daniela, Cristina, and Gina in their walk with the Lord!

On April 4 we celebrated with our church plant in Sinesti with the baptism of our dear brother Margarit.  One month later he went home to be with our Savior!  He had a sweet testimony, and we were able to clearly present the gospel at his funeral.

We will be making a short trip to the states this fall for the wedding of our son Zach and his bride Alexa.  They have both finished two years at the Word of Life Bible Institute, and will be taking up residence in Corning, NY to begin their married life together.  Pray with us for them as they seek the Lord’s leading in work and ministry opportunities.

In 2019, Kristin and I had the opportunity to work with 13 young families in our church.  The Lord blessed 6 of these families with baby boys that year.  This is going to be a fun Sunday School class in a couple years!  Pray for these young families as they train up these children in the way they should go!

As we are all aware the COVID pandemic has had a major effect on our lives.  We do not have the possibility of hosting teams that normally come over and help us run the program for the children at Camp Eli.  Their gifts help offset some of the costs of running Camp Eli, and the sponsorships of needy campers.  We have also done some major renovations to our now 15 year old camp, and are in need of your help.  If you would like to send a one-time gift or sponsor a child for camp ($90), you can do so at TitusInternational.org and choose the “Ziemer-Camp Eli” designation on the giving page.
